We make sure that the entire event run-through is simply streamlined, from lighting to backdrop to audio setup according to the speaker’s preference while also catering to the audience.

Hand-holding & training

Because there are so many various event platform technologies to choose from, even people who are experienced with the process may not be aware of our selected features. We believe in taking the speakers and hosts by the hand and walking them through the platform specification and teaching them on Nextiz solutions before they present to the live audience to avoid any unanticipated event complications. We offer individualised training sessions with the speaker in which we go through everything that will be used during the presentation. Speakers are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to the event’s start time to guarantee audio and visual quality, as well as the event’s assurance and success.
